Perth, Western Australia – The top Perth property investment areas for the next several years have been outlined in a new report from Residex, a property analysis firm.
The report, available for purchase on the Residex website, is intended as a guide only when dealing with Perth property investment and development.

“And that’s to not sell the property for anything less than the price you paid for it, indexed up by the growth rate.”
The list includes areas expected to do well for units and detached housing.

These suburbs including areas around Fremantle and directly north and west of the Perth CBD.
These are typically popular with Gen-Y’s looking to live a more urban lifestyle, new migrants from overseas as well as baby boomers – these demographics are typically looking to live close to amenities, infrastructure, healthcare and cultural centers. As Perth’s population grows and the urban sprawl becomes unsustainable, demand for units in the Perth suburbs will only increase over time.

Wembley, in the town of Cambridge, just outside of Perth city, was named as the best spot to be invested in units.
